Up class, up beat environment, classic authentic mexican restaurant. Smilling, fast service. And awesome street tacos. I ordered salmon tacos, rice and beans. Food is delicious and green sauce is awesome. Day after next: I ordered Carne Asada, steak rice and beans, and all that comes with the dish. Wow, awesome steak, grilled jalaneno, and well seasoned rice and beans. A must try. Highly recomended.
What an amazing place to eat with family, or sit at the bar and watch the game! Food is delicious, especially the Carne Asada and burritos! The staff, was one of the nicest, funniest group of people! We had so many laughs, and such a fun evening! If we lived in this state, we would come here all the time!

This is an amazing place. We are from KS and our son liveed/worked in Hastings. Eri, Natali and Teresa are amazing. Very friendly are great hosts/servers. Our son is moving back to KS but we will keep driving 3 hours when we can to visit El Toro Hastings because we love how this 3 ladies treat us. The best mexican restaurant in NE and KS. Best margaritas ever and food is amazing also. I wish we have a place like this in Junction City or Manhattan KS, we loved the service
First off, I'm from Texas. We know Mexican food. I say without a doubt, top tier food here. Some of the best I've had. The beef enchiladas are rock stars. Everything was good. The chips and salsa are made in house and you can taste it.... I can't wait to come back tomorrow and try the fajitas or the tacos... I'm here all week, so I plan on trying everything!
Very good food with a lot of flavor. My husband got nachos, I got tostadas (chicken & pastor) both were amazing. Will definitely come back when we have the chance.
